I’m a Chartered Accountant and Tax Practitioner, previously having worked in South Africa and Sudan as a commercial pilot. I combined my tax skills and knowledge of aviation to found Coral Tax Consulting in 2001. The consultancy has grown organically over the last 20 years but remains a small, focused business that I am proud of.

I live in Perth, Australia, with my wife and two children.  I’m also a runner, adventurer and long-suffering supporter of Scottish Rugby.

Academic qualifications: BCompt, PDipAcc, BCom (Hons), MCom

I’m a Chartered Accountant (SA) (#03244592) and a Registered Tax Practitioner (PR0827632).

Currently, over 90% of my clients are engineers, cabin crew or pilots working in South Africa, Africa and further abroad. My clients are employed by Airlink, Comair, Mango, NAC, Safair, SAA, SAX, Solenta, Emirates, Qatar, Cathay Pacific, Nippon and other operations. Their diverse needs include the exemption of foreign remuneration, use of double tax agreements, tax residency matters, offshore investments and trusts.
